As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Weekdays in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of yards, docks, and perimeter areas, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will monitor activity, respond to calls for assistance, and document observations with clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution facility.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking lots, trailer yards and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and vehicle traffic, including checking identification and/or credentials, logging visitors and drivers, and directing deliveries to designated dock or staging areas per site procedures.
• Complete shift reports and incident documentation, use radio and/or phone communications, and assist with CCTV monitoring and basic access control systems as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
