The Opportunity

Adobe and its customers have powerful stories to tell-and marquee events are where those stories take center stage. We are seeking a content strategist and producer who will not only craft compelling event narratives, but also establish a highperforming global content Center of Excellence (COE) that sets the standard for how Adobe shows up across major field and customerfacing moments.

In this role, you will define and scale the strategic content approach for Adobe's Enterprise marketing initiatives, developing narrative frameworks and production methodologies that become the global benchmark for event excellence. You will lead the creation of highimpact assets-keynotes, breakout presentations, immersive demos, interactive content, and video storytelling-ensuring every deliverable reflects a worldclass, COEdriven commitment to quality and consistency.

You'll partner closely with internal and external creative teams, designers, writers, and agencies globally to translate strategy into polished, eventready outputs. You will also work directly with customers to cocreate stories that showcase real business impact, elevating their voice as a key component of our global storytelling playbook.

The ideal candidate is an inventive event storyteller who understands how to unify customer insights, business outcomes, and technology value into narratives that land powerfully on stage. You think beyond traditional formats and are skilled at orchestrating content workflows that scale globally, building repeatable frameworks, templates, and processes that enable Adobe's global event ecosystem to operate at a COE level.

What You'll Do
  • Content Narrative- Shape customercentric event messaging and narrative systems aligned to Enterpriselevel gotomarket themes. Establish and maintain global standards that ensure Adobe for Business storytelling remains consistent, scalable, and COEgrade across regions and event tiers.
  • Content Development & Production- Own the endtoend creation of marqueeevent content-from early narrative alignment through final production. Build production frameworks, templates, and operational models that elevate quality and enable teams worldwide to deliver event content at a consistently exceptional standard.
  • Customer Relationships- Partner directly with customers to develop narrativedriven assets for highvisibility stages. Craft outcomefocused stories that reinforce Adobe's global value proposition and can be reused across the broader COE library and field ecosystem. Understand their business objectives and success drivers to craft compelling, outcome-focused stories.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration - Work across account teams, subject matter experts, creative partners, and marketing stakeholders to drive content alignment and unify storytelling. Build the connective tissue that ensures global teams operate from the same playbook, uphold the same standards, and benefit from a centralized COE model.
Who You Are
  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy or product marketing
  • Shown success in influencing decisions and stakeholders at the Executive Level
  • Self-starter who initiates and executes projects with little to no direction
  • Extraordinary written communication skills: able to consolidate sophisticated ideas into clear, succinct executive summaries
  • Proven success creating compelling messages and positioning
  • Leadership with the ability to build consensus and drive decision making across multiple business units or matrixed organizations
  • Familiar with Adobe for Business solutions and other marketing technologies, with the ability to demonstrate benefits and capabilities
  • Deeper technical or business strategy knowledge with Adobe for Business solutions strongly preferred
  • Willing to travel 30% (14+ events expected in the US annually)

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $140,100 -- $261,150 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $180,300 - $261,150
In New York, the pay range for this position is $180,300 - $261,150
In Colorado, the pay range for this position is $154,000 - $223,000
In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $154,000 - $223,000
In Washington, the pay range for this position is $154,800 - $224,250

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
