We're looking for a Staff People Partner to join Procore's People Team supporting Global Product & Technology (P&T). In this role, you'll drive strategic talent initiatives that elevate the employee experience, strengthen our high-performing culture, and support the growth and scaling of our P&T organization. The primary goal of this role is to partner with business leaders and People COEs to deliver people strategies that align talent priorities with business objectives. As a Staff People Partner, you'll partner with SVPs, VPs, Centers of Excellence, and other People Partners to advise on organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning. Use your strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and executive-level communication skills to influence leaders, coach teams, and implement programs that deliver measurable business impact. This position reports into the Senior Director, People Partner for Global Product & Technology and will be based in our Austin, TX office (hybrid, 2-3 days in office per week).
