We're looking for a Staff People Partner to join Procore's People Team supporting Global Product & Technology (P&T). In this role, you'll drive strategic talent initiatives that elevate the employee experience, strengthen our high-performing culture, and support the growth and scaling of our P&T organization. The primary goal of this role is to partner with business leaders and People COEs to deliver people strategies that align talent priorities with business objectives.

As a Staff People Partner, you'll partner with SVPs, VPs, Centers of Excellence, and other People Partners to advise on organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning. Use your strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and executive-level communication skills to influence leaders, coach teams, and implement programs that deliver measurable business impact. This position reports into the Senior Director, People Partner for Global Product & Technology and will be based in our Austin, TX office (hybrid, 2-3 days in office per week). We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with SVP and VP leaders to understand business priorities and proactively address workforce challenges and talent needs.

  • Collaborate with COEs and global People Partners on organizational design, change management, culture, employee engagement, and talent strategy initiatives.

  • Support performance management processes, promotions, compensation reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning.

  • Coach and advise leaders to build and sustain a high-performance culture.

  • Use data and insights to influence decisions, problem solve, and recommend solutions.

  • Leverage AI and technology to streamline People Partner processes and enhance efficiency for business leaders.

  • Manage stakeholders across business and People teams to ensure alignment and accountability.

  • Contribute to enterprise-level initiatives that advance strategic business and people objectives.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years as an HR Business Partner supporting Product, Design, Engineering, or Enterprise Technology teams.

  • Experience at a global technology company with 3,000+ employees.

  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic people plans.

  • Experience scaling processes and organizations in a global environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to tell compelling stories.

  • Excellent judgment, business acumen, problem-solving skills, and executive-level communication abilities.

  • Collaborative team player skilled at building relationships across People and business teams globally.

Base Pay Range:

This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
