The opportunity

Adobe Workfront is looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of Unified Approvals and the broader GenStudio Content Supply Chain ecosystem.

Our team's mission is to build a unified, intelligent, and composable collaboration layer across Adobe's ecosystem - making it easy for teams to start content projects, drive approvals, and enrich metadata throughout the content supply chain.

We work very closely with our partners across the entire Adobe organization in product management, engineering, and customer support to deliver solutions that have a direct and measurable impact on the business. We have an outstanding team of designers, product managers and engineers who are eager to work with you to deliver meaningful, user-centric experiences for our whole ecosystem that is enjoyed and relied upon by millions of creative users every day.

What you'll do
  • Design and document system-level experiences that support workflows and behaviors across product spaces

  • Communicate interaction concepts at multiple levels of fidelity, creating reusable patterns across contexts

  • Lead end-to-end approval and collaboration workflows across Workfront, GenStudio, and cross-cloud integrations

  • Produce wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specs using Figma and Adobe tools

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to navigate ambiguity and deliver high-quality solutions

  • Identify and drive resolution of experience quality gaps through pre-ship reviews

  • Explore AI-enabled workflows and prototype quickly using tools like Cursor

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and clearly communicate design rationale

What you need to succeed
  • Demonstrate an understanding of system design fundamentals and a working knowledge of Adobe's Spectrum Design System.

  • Experience creating high and low fidelity wireframes, storyboards, detailed specifications, and communication slides or prototypes using design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Keynote or other design tools.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work-streams.

  • Effective communication skills and ability to think through complex systems.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $85,700 -- $162,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $112,500 - $162,900

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
