Position Overview The Director, Supply Chain Programs & Planning will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of all supply chain, sourcing, and forecasting functions within the San Antonio MRO facility. The Director will lead a high-performing team, manage complex OEM and supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure supply chain alignment with StandardAero's growth and operational objectives.
