We are seeking a Director of PM to lead key feature areas of Data 360 to help scale our $1B+ product business, and shape the next era of enterprise data innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Product Leadership: Own the complete product lifecycle for Data and AI features, from market analysis and requirements definition to release planning and adoption.

  • Strategic Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product strategy for an area of ownership that aligns with overall product strategy and own the detailed product roadmap your feature areas.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, UX, and other product teams to build and deliver high-quality features in an agile environment.

  • Customer & Market Focus: Translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product requirements. Engage directly with customers for feedback and validation.

  • Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with GTM teams to launch new features, providing product expertise for sales and enablement.

  • Feature Advocacy: Champion your feature areas internally and externally, acting as a subject matter expert.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of successful product delivery.

  • Direct experience with data and AI is highly desirable.

  • Strong ability to define and execute product roadmaps, translating technical concepts into clear designs.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences including executives.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with SaaS enterprise product management, especially in data platforms or AI/ML products.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Platform, Data Cloud, or CRM products.

  • Experience working with customers and global teams.

The typical base salary range for this position is $218,400 - $365,200 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $263,200 - $401,400 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
