You will partner closely with clients to deliver high-quality hiring at speed, ensuring that even when we hire in large numbers, every candidate has a great experience.

What You'll Do

  • Drive High-Volume Hiring: Manage the full "assembly line" of recruiting-from posting jobs to onboarding-for large groups of candidates simultaneously.
  • Partner with Leaders: Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements, market trends, and urgent talent needs.
  • Source at Scale: Create strategies to find large pools of talent using ATS tools, resume databases, social media, and networking.
  • Screen & Select: Efficiently screen high numbers of applicants to find the best matches and move them quickly through the process.
  • Delegate for Efficiency: Partner with internal administrative teams and coordinators to delegate tasks like background check processing, interview scheduling, and data entry so you can focus on candidate engagement.
  • Communicate Clearly: Keep candidates informed and excited about opportunities with clear updates and expectations.
  • Coordinate & Close: Support hiring leaders with interview scheduling and offer recommendations. Negotiate and close offers to secure top talent.
  • Track Your Success: Use data and Excel to report on hiring progress and show how we are meeting high-volume goals.
  • Improve the Process: Suggest ways to make our high-speed hiring even more efficient and consistent.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience: Background in corporate, agency, or RPO settings (High-volume experience is a big plus).
  • Sourcing Skills: Experience using ATS platforms and social media to find talent quickly.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with internal partners and clearly hand off administrative tasks to keep the process moving.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to influence and engage with people at all levels of a business.
  • Organization: A "customer-first" mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong Excel and reporting skills to track large amounts of hiring data.
