The Executive Value Story Architect serves an essential function in turning Adobe's innovation into clear, credible, and convincing business impacts for senior executives. This position emphasizes Adobe's Digital Marketing and Experience Cloud solutions, supporting leaders in understanding how Adobe promotes growth, efficiency, and competitive differentiation through advancing customer engagement and journey refinement.

In this position, you will build and operationalize a world-class executive value storytelling capability. This capability quantifies impact, connects strategy to outcomes, and enables Adobe leaders to confidently communicate measurable business value across marketing-led transformations-including personalization, customer journey optimization, content velocity, and data-driven growth. Your work will develop how Adobe tells its value story across customers, industries, and executive forums worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Ultimate Success teams to extract insights from customer engagements, adoption data, and performance metrics across Adobe Enterprise solutions, including Customer Journey Management, Digital Analytics, Personalization, Digital Media, and Content Supply Chain.
  • Measure and confirm return on investment, converting robust analyses into clear, executive-ready summaries aligned with the priorities of the chief executive, chief financial, and chief marketing officers.
  • Develop standardized storytelling templates grounded in verified data and quantified outcomes.
  • Conduct deep analytical studies to isolate Adobe's influence on business drivers. These include revenue growth, market share expansion, operational efficiency, and cost reduction. The focus is strongly on marketing-led growth.
  • Develop scalable storytelling frameworks that connect outcomes to different sectors and applications. These frameworks enable consistent reuse across customers and verticals, including omnichannel personalization, campaign optimization, first-party data activation, and content return on investment.
  • Maintain a self-service executive value story repository, ensuring content accuracy, currency, adoption tracking, and usage analytics.
  • Develop intelligent match-making logic that recommends relevant customer stories based on executive priorities, industry context, and business objectives.
  • Support executive briefings and customer engagements by offering clear talk tracks. Provide data-supported theses and quantified proof points tailored for board-level, CEO, CFO, and senior Digital and Marketing leaders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in value realization, management consulting, strategy, analytics, or product marketing roles, preferably supporting Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, or SaaS platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to build CEO- and CFO-ready value narratives supported by verifiable, defensible business metrics.
  • Proven experience influencing and collaborating with senior customers, including EVP, SVP, and C-suite leaders.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of distilling complex analyses into persuasive executive narratives.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Strong familiarity with Adobe Enterprise products, with a focus on Adobe Experience Cloud and Digital Marketing value realization methodologies, including targets such as conversion, retention, lifetime value, media efficiency, and content performance.
  • Experience translating marketing and client happiness performance into financial and operational outcomes.
  • A portfolio of data-driven executive stories demonstrating enterprise-level impact.
  • Experience with industry benchmarking across Retail, CPG, Media, Financial Services, and Healthcare, particularly as it relates to Digital Marketing maturity and customer experience transformation.
  • Ability to map value stories across adjacent industries and use cases, enabling scalable reuse and consistent executive relevance.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $185,900 -- $328,925 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
