You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, support access control and badge checks, document incidents, and provide clear, professional customer service. Working as part of an agile, reliable team with integrity, you will help deter security-related issues while maintaining a visible presence across the site. Valid driver's license required.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, and building perimeters to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and interior areas for unusual conditions, alarms, and/or suspicious behavior, and report concerns according to post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance, notifications, and scene documentation as required.
• Complete required reports and logs, document patrol activity and incidents, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license from job state is required, and in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Experience with access control and/or badging is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
