What You'll Do
  • Exceedcommercialcustomer expectations, monitor service trends, and elevate the overall service experienceforthe industry
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly goals, ensuring excellence in customer service, team management, operations, and financial performance
  • Reinforce a culture of leadership and team excellence: training standards, career pathing, succession planning, talent acquisition and employee retention
  • Mentorteams on technical developmentand career growth
  • Champion customer feedback and drive upstream forsystemimprovement
  • Communicate business priorities, ensure clear expectations, and take ownership of site performance, setting and achieving targets while holding the team accountable
  • Planresource and scheduling requirements within marketfor 24/7coverage and expandstandardoperating procedures forrobust, scalable growth

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
  • 5+ years ofexperience in service-focused industry;Class 8 experiencenot required
  • Experience leading teams of 100+ across large geography, preferred
  • Proven experience leading field, heavy duty,mobilerepair, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong customer facing responsibilities
  • Experience running complex processes using Lean or other techniques
  • Data driven decision-making. Valid driver's license required
