THE POSITION

The Health and Human Services (HHS) IT Delivery Center is seeking a Product Manager to join our delivery center team! This position gives you the opportunity to develop and execute a strategic roadmap for our Department of Human Services (DHS) applications in partnership with stakeholders across the Commonwealth. DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The Health and Human Services (HHS) IT Delivery Center provides end-to-end IT services to all staff in the Department of Human Services (DHS), the Department of Health (DOH), the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP), and the Pennsylvania Department of Aging (PDA).

As a Product Manager, you will be collaborating with stakeholders to better understand and document the capabilities needed to address challenges in meeting digital experience objectives. In this role you will develop and execute a strategic product roadmap in partnership with stakeholders across the Commonwealth. This involves mapping out the long-term vision for product, identifying key milestones, and aligning them with overarching program goals. You will also have the opportunity to serve as a liaison between business and information technology groups.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours range from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, (candidate may decide schedule). Lunch period will be based on selected work schedule (30 or 60 minutes).
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. You will be required to report in-office at minimum 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office at 2525 North 7th Street, Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.
  • Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $100,773.00 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Eleven years of professional information technology experience; or
  • Seven years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor's degree; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements:

  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
