Whether you're in Marketing, IT, Finance, HR, or a related field, this 10-week paid internship is your chance to learn, lead, and level up your future.

• Provide meaningful support for Belonging and Leadership Development initiatives.
• Scaling Belonging Resource Groups (BRGs) to campuses, would help identify which engagement strategies are most effective by preparing campus leaders to engage campus staff in BRG events and communications campaigns.
• Measure the success of the strategies by surveying/interviewing campus leaders.
• Work with BRG leaders to analyze campus membership and identify tailored ways to engage based on those metrics.
• Analyze BRG-specific engagement data and present findings to BRG leaders and Executive Sponsors.
• Engage in working with the Leadership Development team to centralize intake and evaluation functions.

Physical requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors and all business associates outside of the health campus.
