Description Primary Care Physician - UNC Primary Care at Freedom Square - UNC Health Medical Group - Apex, NC Specialty: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Location: 8375 Green Level Church Road, Apex, NC 27523 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. UNC Primary Care at Freedom Square is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join our growing primary care team. Located off Green Level Church Road in Apex, NC, our clinic provides comprehensive, family-centered care with convenient access for both families and working professionals.
