Description Job Title: Mail Production Specialist Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00 Assignment Duration: 4 months (possibility to extend or convert to FTE) Work Location: In-person - 1239 Hanley Industrial Court, Brentwood, MO 63144(Onsite role) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30/7:30 AM - 3:30/4:30 PM (negotiable; no overtime required but available) Key Responsibilities * Operate and manage production printers to process daily member and provider correspondence. * Use software systems to send files to printers, monitor print queues, and ensure timely completion. * Maintain printer functionality by replenishing paper and toner, clearing jams, and reporting breakdowns. * Organize and remove completed print jobs, ensuring quality standards are met. * Work ahead on future-dated projects when possible and assist in other areas as needed. * Shadow and train with the hiring manager to gradually take on responsibilities. Performance Expectations * Ensure all daily files are printed within required timeframes. * Maintain print quality and operational efficiency. * Demonstrate reliability in attendance and punctuality. * Exhibit flexibility to support additional tasks as business needs evolve. Candidate Requirements * Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required). * Experience: Prior work experience required (not necessarily in printing); longevity in past roles preferred. * Skills: * Basic computer literacy (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, browser navigation). * Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues. * Strong organizational skills, time management, and promptness. * Open to learning new skills and adapting to new responsibilities. * Disqualifiers: No previous employment history. * Additional Qualities: Reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brentwood, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
