Job Description

The Enterprise Employee Engagement Consultant II supports a cohesive
culture, coordinates most employee engagement initiatives across the office,
and promotes a positive work environment. This role is intended to understand
the employee perspective with the goal of driving employee engagement,
morale, and building culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drives projects and program execution

  • Acts as a catalyst for change and brings a great passion for creating and promoting a positive work environment that is flexible, encourages fun, personal accountability, teamwork, and ongoing professional development

  • Makes judgments and/or recommendations as appropriate in growing and monitoring Allstate community participation/engagement and supporting the development of the desired community culture

  • Establishes and enforces standards to ensure a respectful and helpful environment within the community

  • Supports the facilitation of onboarding processes; partners with business units to build a foundational business knowledge for new employees

  • Coordinates Allstate teambuilding events and corporate initiatives

  • Supports continuous learning and team effectiveness initiatives and identifies what additional information is needed to understand impact of alternatives, support business objectives and improve programs

Functional Skills

  • Ability to exhibit strong understanding of core business processes and industry practices

  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills with proven ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

  • Ability to build strong business relationships to achieve sustainable partnerships and collaborate internally and externally

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Functional knowledge of best practices of event planning, innovation and relevant strategies in employee engagement

  • Experience with change management, conflict management, and coaching/training

  • Proven ability to problem solve and experience executing to the plan in a rapidly changing environment

  • Story telling & presentation skills, both oral and written

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $56,000- $82,500 / annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
