Job Summary

The CRM Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of our CRM and sales enablement operations. The individual will help create, develop and implement processes, as well as provide end user support. Additionally, this role will support marketing efforts as needed.

Essential Functions



  • Assist with lead generation/acquisition and efficiently/continuously route prospecting leads and campaigns to ticket sales and service teams.
  • Assist with day-to-day management of data cleansing, data entry accuracy, validation, and data integrity.
  • Assist in the development of customized reports and dashboards to measure the success of CRM campaigns and other ongoing projects.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing issues, and ensuring smooth CRM operation.
  • Assist with building and maintaining automated sales and service campaigns to improve the customer relationship management process.
  • Assist with the sales enablement platforms including user and license management, new user setup, roles and permissions.
  • Assist with internal training for new and current users and provide documentation and support guides to maximize adoption for both CRM and Sales Enablement.
  • Maintain data capture instruments for customers, prospects and other external audiences.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable consumer data regulations.


Required Qualifications



  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.
  • 2-4 years

    • Related work experience
    • Experience working with CRM and sales enablement systems (Microsoft Dynamics is preferred)


  • Experience working with CRM and sales enablement systems (Microsoft Dynamics is preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new programs
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, quick learner, strong writing and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with superior attention to detail
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays
  • Assertive, self-motivated, and a self-starter
  • Ability to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of management

    Payscale:
    $21.27 - $25.00


Bonus: This position is Not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
