Job Summary:
UW Madison's Digital Publishing and Printing Services (DPPS) is one of the largest in-house print production centers within the State of Wisconsin government. Our new state-of-the-art facility is located on Madison's east side (off campus) and offers free, on-site parking. DPPS is seeking an experienced customer service representative to join the team in our digital print facility. In this role, you will use a combination of your print production experience and customer service skills to help serve the UW campus and beyond! It is anticipated this position requires work to be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location. This position is located at 2109 S. Stoughton Road, Madison WI. Per University policy, transportation between home and assigned work location is not payable/reimbursable and will be at the expense of the employee. Through a combination of in-house equipment and external vendors, we can service all your printing needs. We produce a wide variety of booklets, brochures, forms, envelopes, cards, flyers, posters, tickets, letterheads, newsletters, business cards, and even custom textbooks and course packets.
