People Resource Scheduler

Monday to Friday - 06.30am to 04.30am

Pay - $23.46/hr


Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Human Resources Leader, Supervisors and Supply Chain team to ensure the staffing of each area is appropriate to meet production demand
  • Communicating with team members' regarding schedules, vacation requests, overtime sign-up and rotation per company policy
  • Compliance with company and SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) labor standards
  • Partnering with the Production team for timecard editing, managing team member schedules, and ensuring cost center mapping is accurate
  • Adjusting schedules as needed to align with immediate needs of production and/or customer demand
  • Running overtime and staffing reports and maintaining staffing rosters to ensure data integrity
  • Tracking staffing changes, FMLA, vacations, part-time associates, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining all hourly associates' attendance records for all departments and shifts
  • Collaborating with HR to ensure associate attendance corrective actions are issued timely/in accordance with policies
  • Participating in new hire orientation
  • Performing additional duties as assigned. Supporting operations as needed.
  • Experience in ADP is a plus
  • Maintain inventory levels on operating supplies.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of manufacturing experience preferred; planning or administrative role a plus
  • Familiar with people scheduling software
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Listening skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to perform basic operations using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Bilingual ( English & Spanish ) Prefered
  • Ability to demonstrate high level critical thinking skills
  • Available to work ovetime, on weekends and holidays
