Summary: The Mining Technical Director for Autonomous Operations will report to the Sr. Director Autonomous Operations, AMERICAS and is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the Autonomous Operations within the focused industries of Mining or specific discipline areas. This includes aligning the strategic direction for the business, pursuing and winning work, managing resources, managing a team of technical resources with expertise in all aspects of autonomous and automated projects throughout the Americas. The Technical Director will be responsible for vertical P&L through successful project delivery and operational area, building regional multi-discipline, and appropriately skilled delivery teams, and creating a culture of continuous improvement. Strong LEBIT management and growth, Operational Excellence, team capacity and talent development, client and market focus to drive increased sales, collaborating with wider Worley Consulting and Base Business to develop integrated offerings will be required. For applicants based in the province of British Columbia, the salary range is CA$216,210 to CA$317,956. Sponsorship for U.S. or Canada employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. As standard, Worley does not provide relocation assistance.
