Key Responsibilities

  • Part of the Americas Talent Acquisition Team in its efforts to hire talented employees across the U.S., Latin America and Canada.
  • Responsible for checking references, assisting with job offer forms, and sourcing for candidates in the Americas.
  • Coordinate with the recruiting team to utilize Internet and college postings.
  • Ensuring that all employment efforts comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements as well as with the company's policies and procedures.
  • Developing and maintaining recruiting activity reports through our Applicant Tracking System, HirePoint.
  • Assist with recruiting for Entry Level programs, Interns, North Americas Sales, Sales Operations, Finance and Technical Services organizations.

Qualifications

  • Experience with high call volume and excellent communication skills.
  • 1-2 years recruiting coordinator experience.
  • Able to manage multiple work streams and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent Word, Outlook, Excel experience
  • High energy, highly motivated, and self-directed in face-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to successfully partner with team members to help ensure the success of a variety of recruiting programs.
  • Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and work well in a dynamic, team environment with competing demands
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
