Manufacturing Team Member I Tank Operator Work Schedule M-F 6:30am to 3:00pm

SUMMARY: The Manufacturing Team Member Level I is responsible for efficiently and accurately conducting tank operation duties to process parts as per company or customer requirements. The Manufacturing Team Member Level I must ensure understanding of all work instructions and can fulfill all job requirements by performing the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Runs parts through various wet chemistry tanks per specified process steps.

* Reports any discrepancy to the designated Production Supervisor and QC Inspector

* Verifies paperwork is accurate and previous process steps are completed before anodizing.

* Ensures the transposed job number (tape label ID) is accurate and attached the corresponding rack(s).

* Keeps accurate records of tank line reference information, which includes temperature, amps, volts, comments, and date/initials.

* Verify all pre-anodize, anodize, and post steps are performed in good standing, including all required double rinse steps preceding each step in the operation.

* Inspects each run step-by-step for visual imperfections, color variations, non-uniformities, and irregularities.

* Reports all masking integrity, uniform chromate, and coating thickness deviations prior to sealing the parts.

* Verifies parts for any discrepancies and piece counts prior to authorizing the release of the rack from the line, upon load completion.

* Maintains a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

* Take part in all required training sessions related but not limited to Quality Assurance, Lean Manufacturing Process, and EHS programs. * Participate in periodic testing and performance evaluations.

* Performs other related duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School diploma or GED.

* Works cohesively with co-workers.

* Basic oral and written communication skills.

* Demonstrates initiative.

* Organizational skills.

* Strong math aptitude.

* Legible paperwork and accurate counts.

* Time management skills.

$16.26-$27.10.

Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
