Pharmacist

Nestled in the heart of the Adirondacks, Elizabethtown Community Hospital cares for patients from throughout the Adirondack region. The Pharmacist plays an integral role of the healthcare team and is responsible for the preparation and dispensing of medications and pharmaceutical supplies for both inpatients and outpatients of Elizabethtown Community Hospital.

Qualifications / Job Requirements:

* Ability to multitask

* Ability to work independently

* Ability to interact with multidisciplinary team, patients, and patient's families.
* A natural thirst for knowledge and desire for achieving best outcomes

Education / Skills Required:
* BS Pharmacy & Registered Pharmacist (NYS) required.
* Hospital Pharmacy experiences preferred.
* Computer knowledge preferred.

* Experience with Epic computer system preferred.
