The Enterprise Business Development Rep will identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and follow-up on marketing leads. Enterprise BDRs work with our large provider organization's senior level decision makers, typically Chief Clinical or Compliance Officer, Quality Director, CFO, CIO, CEO, Chief Nursing Officer. Responsibilities include scheduling and participating in Executive meetings, working within an assigned territory, the BDR will collaborate with sales partners, Demand Gen, and Client Support to engage existing clients, acquire new clients, qualify marketing leads, and potentially attend industry events. The Enterprise BDR will mentor junior team members on best practices and is expected to exceed KPI targets, meet annual quotas, and foster long-term client relationships. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities
- Lead efforts in establishing and growing client partnerships within your territory
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns, leveraging deeper insights to assess high-potential opportunities
- Support Sales Activities and Appointment Management
- Schedule and coordinate Executive meetings with decision makers, ensuring alignment with internal teams and optimizing opportunities for client engagement.
- Ability to demo Relias solutions providing productive and meaningful collaborations with individuals within targeted organizations selling our value prop
- Work with AE and Sales Teams to ensure a smooth handoff of activities after sale
- Manage and Grow Existing Client Relationships
- Engage with existing clients through Client Success qualified leads, promote upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and contribute to long-lasting client partnerships.
- Documentation and Data Integrity
- Record all activities in SalesForce with detailed documentation maintaining data integrity
- Mentor and Support
- Serve as a mentor to BDRs by providing guidance, training, and support in prospecting, lead qualification, and sales processes
- Assist in onboarding new BDRs by sharing best practices and creating resources to enhance their success
- Achieve and Document KPI and Quota Targets
- Meet or exceed KPI targets and annual sales quotas, ensuring that all activities and pipeline developments are accurately documented in Salesforce.
- Participate in Industry Events
- Attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Acute Relias solutions and expanding the professional network within the industry
- Other Duties as Assigned
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support business objectives

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
- 5+ years business development/sales experience with a documented track record of success
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT: Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute).
