Brief summary of purpose:

This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the user experience for the Fallon Health online provider /sponsor portal (both provider facing and internal), including user access, content updates, system configuration, issue tracking, and overall functionality, ensuring seamless user experience and data security within the portal platform. Will also handle tasks like creating or approving super user accounts, managing permissions, monitoring portal activity, and resolving technical issues related to the portal's operation.



Responsibilities

Primary Job Responsibilities:

    Administrator is responsible for successfully managing existing and new accounts, assigning permissions and monitoring provider activity in the provider and sponsor portals.
  • Portal Administrator creates and manages key records, including content structure and the accounts of users in our provider portal.
  • This role acts as the primary contact for any issues related to user access and portal functionality within the Fallon Health provider portal for both internal and external customers. This includes tracking issues/defects and identifying trends within the system that are either defects or enhancements.
  • Proactively collaborates with NDM Team to ensure portal remains current and active.
  • Collaborate with Provider Relations on larger scale issues and share trends identified through the portal.
  • Supports escalated Fallon Health and Fallon Health Weinberg portal issues.
  • Ability to complete necessary tasks for NDM associated with the portal and which may be required to keep the portal relevant.
  • Develops and maintains strong partnerships with management at all levels and business units.
  • Investigate program opportunities, evaluate using quantitative and trend analysis methodology.
  • Research and develop opportunities to implement process improvements.
  • Responsible for maintaining training materials.
  • Triage and manage AskFCHP provider mailbox.
  • Respond to portal questions from AskFCHP mailbox.
  • Collaborate with VP, Network Development and Management to develop and maintain a productive relationship with mPulse / Health Trio as it relates to the provider portal.


Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training.

Experience:

Requires experience working with cross-functional teams and competing priorities. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. At least 5 years' experience in healthcare and working knowledge web-based platforms preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Windows based office applications to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Experience with eVIPS and QNXT Trizetto platform is desirable.
