Overview

The Provider Communications Program Executive serves as a strategic leader responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing integrated communications aimed at enhancing provider engagement and supporting organizational objectives. This role works across multiple channels to ensure that messaging is consistent, impactful, and tailored to the needs of provider audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and continually optimize provider communications to support the organization's strategic priorities, mission, and values.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, clear and consistent information flow to and among providers.
Work in partnership with MarComm team to create informative content (e.g. blogs, videos, and case studies) for distribution through established internal and external communication channels.
Work with MarCom colleagues as needed to support brand, service line, and ad hoc campaigns to highlight priority specialties and services in need of growth.
Work closely with clinical leaders and develop provider feedback loops to maintain transparency and understand needs and perspectives.
Implement and carry forward the strategic content strategy including planning, content creation, distribution, and impact analysis.
Lead the development of newsletters, email campaigns, webinars, digital platforms, and in-person events tailored to provider audiences.
Implement innovative tactics to enhance provider participation and feedback, leveraging data analytics and regular surveys to measure engagement and satisfaction.
Establish metrics that track program outcomes, provider satisfaction, and the effectiveness of communication strategies. Report findings to leadership and recommend continuous improvements.
Create consistent opportunities for ongoing provider engagement and inclusion with cross-collaboration between regions.
Support extended visibility and advocacy between provider group colleagues through online platforms, like Doximity.
Manages multiple priorities, projects and deadlines and can do so independently while ensuring leadership and clients are apprised of progress toward goals.
Ensure communications are consistent with the organization's brand and regulatory standards, yet adaptable to the unique needs and preferences of different provider segments.
Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize competing demands, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting concise messaging. Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders at all levels. Expertise in digital communication platforms, analytics tools, and emerging technologies. Understanding of healthcare delivery systems, compliance requirements, and provider workflow.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $29.16per hour - $50.16per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
