What will you do as Warehouse Manager at Sealed Air?

The Warehouse Manager leads all warehouse and material handling operations within a manufacturing and food packaging environment. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods to support uninterrupted production.


The role plays a key part in inventory accuracy, material flow, space optimization, food safety compliance, and traceability, while providing daily guidance to the warehouse team and driving operational discipline and continuous improvement across warehouse processes.


This position requires a balanced approach between hands-on floor leadership and administrative responsibilities.


Why do we need you?

  • Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, staging, picking, and shipping
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, material availability, and compliance with FIFO/FEFO, lot traceability, and expiration controls
  • Optimize warehouse space utilization and material flow to prevent congestion and over-ordering
  • Enforce food safety standards, GMPs, HACCP, and regulatory requirements (FDA, FSMA)
  • Partner closely with Production, Quality, Scheduling, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to support production needs
  • Communicate material status, shortages, and priorities across shifts and stakeholders
  • Support internal and external audits, mock recalls, and traceability exercises
  • Balance hands-on floor presence with administrative responsibilities
  • Drive operational efficiency, labor planning, cost control, and overtime management
  • Maintain accurate documentation, inventory records, and warehouse KPIs
  • Promote continuous improvement through process discipline, standard work, and Lean / 5S practices
  • Ensure proper storage conditions, housekeeping, and safety standards across warehouse areas

What skills will help you succeed?

  • Strong warehouse operations experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment
  • Solid inventory control knowledge, including FIFO/FEFO and lot traceability
  • Understanding of food safety requirements, GMPs, and compliance standards
  • Hands-on people leadership with the ability to guide, coach, and stabilize teams
  • Strong cross-functional communication skill
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-shift operation
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, without being rigid
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on practical solutions
  • Experience working with WMS / ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
  • Process-driven and systems-focused approach

Pay Transparency

  • Salary Range: 74,500 - 111,700


The range disclosed complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Offers within this range will be determined by considering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment. This position may also be eligible for annual performance bonuses and other incentive programs. Sealed Air offers a competitive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits designed to promote well-being.


  • Salary Range: 74,500 - 111,700

Offers within this range will be determined by considering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment. This position may also be eligible for annual performance bonuses and other incentive programs.
