Our Security and Access Team is seeking an experienced Security Engineer who will design, implement and maintain Cyber Security and Information Security systems and solutions to support our company's initiatives, policies and standards. The ideal candidate is one who can:

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and provide advanced support for various global IT/OT security controls and systems.
- Design with lifecycles in mind: procurement, deployment, health monitoring and usage telemetry, patching and updating, and eventual migration and retirement.
- Design for a secure environment using CIS benchmarks or other security frameworks.
- Work within cross-functional teams at different levels to provide security and risk expertise in the design and delivery of systems.
- Align with team architects to ensure holistic thinking in the planning and design of initiatives.
- Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness with a focus on IT/OT security
- Maintain effective communication with business-users and team members around design decisions, and implementation statuses and timelines
- Author technical installation, configuration, and support documentation
- Participate on the Information Security Incident Response Team, including a 24x7 on-call rotation
Requirements:
- A college degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems or a related field; or 5 years of relative work experience; or CISSP/GISP certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in Information Security, Cyber Security or IT Infrastructure fields.
- Solid understanding of Information/Cyber Security standards and concepts, and IT technologies like Databases, Operating Systems, and Networks.
- Deep knowledge of IT security practices with emphasis on network security, operating system security, common attack patterns, and exploitation techniques
- Proficiency in creating detailed technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Self-managed; Able to work well both independently and in a global team environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis.
