Who Are We? What You'll do: What You'll do In this role, you will follow the full software lifecycle to develop, deploy, and authorize Agentic AI tools that bring new levels of automation to the Federal Government. The team will be developing products that automate data quality analysis, optimize application performance, and launch domain-specific LLMs. You will oversee the team to stand up a new environment, deploy Groundswell's proprietary apps, and follow the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process to achieve Authority to Operate (ATO). The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
