We're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our Hazleton, PA, manufacturing plant, located in the heart of the region's industrial corridor.

Our Hazleton facility produces a wide range of plastic, injection-molded closures used across core consumer categories-including dairy, beverage, juice, sauce, household, and food packaging. The plant manufactures multiple closure sizes and styles, including continuous-thread closures, tamper-evident closures, and lined and linerless options, designed to maintain product freshness, safety, and performance.

What you'll do:

  • Provide administrative support to plant leadership, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications
  • Maintain accurate plant records, documentation, reports, and filing systems
  • Support data entry, production metrics tracking, and preparation of presentations or operational documents
  • Assist with employee onboarding, training logistics, and internal communications
  • Coordinate visitor access, mail distribution, and general office workflows
  • Manage office supply inventory and maintain organized administrative areas
  • Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and distribute follow-up materials
  • Assist with compliance documentation, audits, and process tracking
  • Support additional administrative duties and special projects as needed

What you'll need to have:

  • High school diploma or GED required, associate degree preferred
  • A minimum of two years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and professionalism in all interactions
