The Manager Outpatient Pharmacy & CHC Inventory Operations provides operational leadership for inventory management across outpatient pharmacies and community health centers. This role is accountable for inventory accuracy, medication availability, regulatory execution, and cost-effective inventory practices that support sage, reliable patient care. The Manager establishes standardizes inventory workflows, leads inventory staff, and ensures disciplined execution of ordering (where applicable), receiving, storage and replenishment processes. This role exists to stabilize outpatient inventory operations, reduce waste and emergency purchasing, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including DSCSA, through consistent operational execution.

Compensation Range: $90,500.00- $131,500.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
