POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning, the Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning plays a pivotal role in driving the hospital's financial planning, budgeting, and analysis efforts. This position involves close collaboration with department heads, finance team members, and senior leadership to deliver data-driven insights, facilitate informed decision-making, and safeguard the financial well-being of the organization. JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Requires a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from an accredited college or university; master's degree in accounting, business administration or healthcare preferred CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: None required. CPA or Certified Healthcare Financial Professional preferred. EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years of experience as a financial analyst, preferably in a healthcare setting. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA):
Compensation Range: $72,500.00- $105,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
