You will lead a team of cross-functional engineersand technicianswho partner with New Product chemistsandmanufacturingteamsto develop purification processes. The ideal candidate willexhibitthe ability to successfully work across levels in a global, fast-paced, continuous improvement environment focused on safety, quality, statistical processcontrolsand equipment reliability.
