THE ROLE

Entegris is currently seeking aSr. Engineer, Chemical Process Engineerto join ourNew ProductionDevelopmentteam. This position will be based inourBurnet, TX.facility.

In this role, youwillbea key player on the dynamic New Product Development (NPD) team to oversee multiple projects driving profitable growth in the company'sblended chemistry team. Projects will vary depending on size and scope, requiring flexibility and tailored solutions. This role will include direct interaction with a broad range of globalsenior, technical and functional management, and subject matter experts throughout the organization.The position's primaryobjectivewill be to supportprocessdevelopment andscaleupwafer cleaningchemicals used by our customers to build high performance semiconductor products.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop LVM and HVMblended chemicalprocessesin asafety-firstculturethrough collaborationwithproductmanagement,R&D,manufacturingandcriticalcustomer requirements

• Designdelivery,blendand purification systems

• Optimizechemicalpurity, yieldand cycle time on new processesusing statistical best practices (DFSS/DFM)

• Collaborate with manufacturing toestablishreliablehighquality and cost targets.

• Have ability and willingness to take a "hands-on" approach to meeting project scope and timing including assisting project team members in completion of deliverables as needed

• Own product portfolio documentationcreation

WHAT WE SEEK

• A minimum of abachelor's degree in chemical engineeringor similar technical field or related experience isrequired; aMaster'sdegree is a plus

• Demonstrated experience (3+ years) of increasing responsibilities within a global, multicultural, multi-location organization serving a high technology industry

• Understanding ofpurification/filtrationprocesses and critical control parameters

• Ability to generate FMEAs, Control Plans

• Proficiencyinstatistics and statistical software(Minitab/JMP)

• Familiar with SAP Enterprise software

• Medium tohigh volume manufacturing experience

• Experience leading project(s)pertaining tocontinuous improvement of yield, cycle time and cost reduction involvingpurification

• A fundamental knowledge of chemistry (material stability, material compatibility, etc.) and thermodynamics (mass flow, etc.).
