Qualifications
Full-Time * Monday-Thursday Schedule * Meaningful Mission-Driven Work Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is looking for a dedicated, detailoriented Occupancy Specialist to support our affordable housing communities in Beaver Dam (1 day/week) and Columbus, WI (3 days/week). If you're passionate about helping individuals access safe, stable housing-and you thrive in a role where every day brings variety-this is an opportunity to make a real impact. This is a part-time 32 hrs/wk, benefiteligible, firstshift position with a primarily Monday-Thursday schedule. What You'll Do As an Occupancy Specialist, you'll be the face of LSS housing programs-supporting residents, ensuring compliance, and keeping our communities running smoothly. Your work helps individuals and families maintain stable housing, and your attention to detail ensures our programs meet HUD and Fair Housing standards. You will:

Experience
1 years: Previous experience in property management and or working with customers in a similar setting (preferred)
