Duties:
Responsible for developing and delivering complex software requirements to accomplish business goals; ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements; code solutions, perform unit tests, and ensure the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust and well-tested interfaces; contribute to story refinement and define requirements; develop conceptual diagrams, process flows, and technical architecture diagrams; utilize Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Web Services, Azure, Oracle, and Angular to perform duties; design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and systems; lead and coordinate on-site and offshore project development; provide production support in a complex environment; triage problems and determine root cause; and responsible for full project life cycle, requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and support.
Location: New York, NY and various unanticipated locations throughout the US; Salary: $160,805 per year (standard benefits apply); Minimum Qualifications: Education: Master's Degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree); Experience: Two (2) years in the position above, as a Java Developer, as a Software Developer, as a Software Engineer, or in a related occupation; Other Requirements: Experience must include one (1) year's use of all the following: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Web Services, Azure, Oracle, and Angular. Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience. Because referrals have and continue to produce some of our best performing consultants nationwide, Genesis10 will reward you for your referrals by paying you a referral fee of $1000.00 which shall be paid in 2 installments: First Installment*: $500.00 when the candidate begins an assignment through Genesis10 at our client Second Installment*: $500.00 after the candidate has been on assignment for a minimum period of 6 months. The candidate must still be on billing at the time the second payment is due for you to be eligible to receive it. *Installments are typically mailed out towards the end of the qualifying month. Please note that depending on when your referral started his/her assignment, payment may not be received until the following month. | |
