Revenue Cycle Medical Billing Self-Pay Call Team - Patient Advocate Location: Remote or On-Site Hourly Pay: $17.50 (this position is bonus eligible) Training Schedule: Mo-Fr 8am-5pm Central Work Schedule: Full-Time/40 hrs, Tu-Fr 10am-7pm; Sa 8 hrs JOB SUMMARY The Revenue Cycle Medical Billing Self-Pay Call Team - Patient Advocate is responsible for ensuring proper documentation for accurate patient billing along with providing empathetic and professional customer service in an active call center environment. Work Schedule Details: Tuesdays - Fridays late shift 8 hours between 10am-9pm Central Saturdays flex 8 hours between 7am-7pm Central ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
