Position Description The Power Tool Repair Technician is responsible for inspecting and assessing the condition of client and/ or Company power tools, diagnosing and carrying out repairs, and replacing broken parts. This role utilizes deep technical knowledge and experience to identify faults, suggest improvements and determine replacements. The Repair Technician must ensure that all repairs are conducted safely and in accordance with OEM requirements. This is a customer-facing role exercising great customer service, explaining any necessary repairs in detail and ensuring proper maintenance and operation of the entrusted power tools. This role is expected to adhere to all company policies and safety protocols. Key Competencies Required to be Successful as a Power Tool Repair Technician:

Target Base Compensation range for this non-exempt role is $26.00 - $28.00/ hr. DOE. This is a Full-Time position, eligible to participate in the Company's benefit plans including: Paid Time off; major medical, dental, vision; Company paid short-term and long-term disability; paid parental leave; various supplemental benefit plans; and Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). Education
Associates of Mechanical Systems (preferred)
High School (required) Experience
2 - 5 years: Small power tool inspection and repair in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. (required)
