Emplify Health is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Clinical & Business Systems | Patient Flow to join our team! The Supervisor, works with the Manager of Clinical & Business Systems to plan, organize and direct personnel and work processes in various aspects of the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical and business information systems.

This position provides direct oversight of approximately 10 staff and will serve as a leader partnering closely with inpatient operations teams to ensure seamless integration and continued excellence in patient flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of clinical and business information systems

  • Assigns tasks, monitors performance, provides guidance, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.

  • Provides application trouble shooting, integration support, project planning, execution and monitoring.

  • Provides leadership to recruit, develop, engage, and retain a high-performing team.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on initiatives.

  • Collaborates with Manager of Clinical and Business Systems in identifying resource needs and recommends acquisition of additional resources when necessary.

  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement to achieve organizational goals.

  • Manage performance metrics and reporting to track team effectiveness and performance improvement.

  • Collaborates with other Information Systems and Digital Technology (ITDS) and clinical teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.

What's Available:

  • 1.0 FTE

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday Days

  • Location: Remote eligible position for residents of WI, MN, and IA. However, would require willingness to work onsite as needed for business needs. Occasional travel to the Green Bay, WI area throughout the year as well.

What You'll Need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare or computer science or equivalent years of experience and education

  • Experience: 2 years of experience

  • Prior supervisory or teamlead experience preferred.

  • Prior Epic familiarity with Grand Central, Prelude, Transport, preferred

  • Passion for service excellence and continuous improvement

  • Strong leadership and team building capabilities
