Boiler Maintenance Mechanic - (Days)

Job Description

• (Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)
• Maintain all boilers and boiler department equipment, operate and maintain proper parameters for production and processing. Monitor and log all appropriate data, take necessary action as required to maintain equipment status. Maintain proper chemical levels for all boiler house equipment maintain proper chemical logs, make adjustments to achieve highest standard of operations. Be able to interpret steam, water flow charts, track chemical usage, adjust chemical usage as required, and order chemicals as needed.

  Help maintain and improve quality and food safety, to insure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements.
