Department of Pharmacology & Cancer Biology is looking for a Postdoctoral Associate to work alongside Dr. Kris Wood in research projects.

Minimum Requirements:



  • PhD in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or similar sciences


This position is



  • Onsite. The work is performed on-site or at a designated assignment location.

You will be involved in the department's research activities as follows.



  • Using functional and computational genomics approaches to define tumor vulnerabilities
  • Define the mechanistic basis for tumor vulnerabilities of interest using approaches from biochemistry, molecular biology, and cellular biology
  • Participate in functions and activities of the Wood lab, including regular individual and group meetings and collaborative interactions with other group members
  • Participate in the functions and activities of the Department of Pharmacology and Cancer Biology, including the Annual Departmental Retreat
