Duke Health Integrated Practice Duke Health Integrated Practice comprises more than 110 primary and specialty outpatient clinics, extending the reach of the Duke Health mission across the state of North Carolina. JOB LOCATION Duke Eye Center at Erwin Rd - 2351 Erwin Rd JOB SUMMARY The Clinic Manager is responsible for the daily operational, clinical (non-nursing), administrative, and patient service functions of one or more ambulatory clinic locations. This role ensures high-quality patient care, efficient clinic operations, and compliance with DUHS policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. The Clinic Manager oversees clinic staff, coordinates resources, supports physician and advanced practice provider teams, and drives performance improvement initiatives. This position reports to the Practice Administrator, and up to the Ambulatory Operations Director to align clinic performance with service line and organizational goals. This role actively participates in planning, resource allocation, and change management efforts within the assigned clinic(s). JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
