Job Title: Financial Analyst II Job Duration: 12 months Job Location: North Chicago, IL 60064 (Hybrid, 3 days onsite/week) Job Description: The Development Science, Business Operations Financial Analyst will create and own the new gaiting file dedicated to the new Aesthetic Device function within R&D Dev Sci, including cost forecasting, PO tracking, and reporting. The role will also assist the Senior Manager with maintaining and updating the gaiting file for all CMC programs. The role interacts cross-functionally to provide accurate and timely FP&A and reporting deliverables supporting the client's R&D Business Development objectives and Collaboration requirements. Responsibilities Build and maintain the gaiting file for Aesthetics Device, working with cross-functional contacts to collect cost inputs and assumptions. Lead monthly and quarterly calls with finance and Dev Sci leaders to align on latest forecasts Work with key stakeholders to develop a new reporting system and timeline for new Dev Sci function Lead ad hoc analysis, projects and process improvements as needed.
