Job Summary

CSC Holdings, LLC seeks a Lead Project Manager to monitor project milestone deliverables and adherence to defined standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee project management of code development, unit testing, production implementation, and post-production support of designated projects. Design and develop requirement definitions, functional specifications, architecture designs, technical specifications, release notes, installation guides, and solution summaries. Act as liaison between development organizations and internal project management office. Prepare and coordinate the release and print planning of project plans, resource plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and documentation. Lead defect management processes and discussions between development, quality assurance, production, and business teams to communicate root cause and defect resolution. #LI-DNI

Qualifications

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Management, or related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with project management, including management of technical and non-technical resources through project life-cycle phases. Experience must include at minimum: 5 years of experience with software development lifecycle methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile; 5 years of experience with custom development and packaged application deployment within a formal development methodology; 5 years of experience with network management, digital solutions, customer experience, and cable industry operations; and 2 years of experience with supporting, developing, project managing within an OSS/BSS Telecom Solution. Part-time telecommuting may be permitted.
