Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Temporary - Potential Temp-to-Hire) Location: Pensacola, FL (Onsite) Employment Type: Temporary (Potential opportunity for temp-to-hire!) About the Role We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partner for a temporary assignment, with the potential to transition into a temptohire opportunity based on business need. In this role, you will coordinate recruitment activities, develop sourcing strategies, and help drive our talent acquisition efforts to meet both current and future staffing needs. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Director and HR Business Partners to ensure an exceptional hiring experience and build a strong, diverse talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute search strategies to generate diverse pipelines of candidates across all skill levels.
- Accurately document all recruiting activities, candidate interactions, and search progress in the applicant tracking system (UKG).
- Maintain organized and detailed records of candidates, searches, and hiring workflows.
- Create sourcing strategies using ATS tools, automated outreach, networking, social media, research methods, and cold calling to identify both passive and active candidates.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for skill set, cultural alignment, competencies, motivation, availability, compensation expectations, and relocation considerations.
- Provide timely communication and feedback to both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Support a highquality candidate experience and contribute to a seamless onboarding process.
- Participate in recruitment-related initiatives, including panel interviews, training sessions, career fairs, university events, and other assigned projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a corporate or agency recruiter with expertise in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing passive talent. Environmental recruiting experience is required, and experience with CEMS (Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems) recruiting is strongly preferred.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to align recruitment approaches with organizational goals and future workforce needs.
- Adaptability: Comfortable adopting new sourcing channels, technologies, and process improvements.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams to meet hiring objectives.
