Description and Requirements

The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing Lenovo NA's integrated technology sponsorship strategy to drive overall business growth.

  • Execute a comprehensive corporate sponsorship strategy to meet revenue targets and enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee the activation and fulfillment of Lenovo's sponsorship commitments, working with internal stakeholders to ensure that Lenovo receives maximum value and exposure.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate sponsors, serving as the primary point of contact for high-profile sponsorship-related inquiries and negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and events, to create and execute customized sponsorship packages that meet the needs of both sponsors and the organization.
  • Negotiate sponsorship agreements, ensuring that terms and deliverables are clearly defined and mutually beneficial.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in corporate sponsorships to continuously optimize our sponsorship strategy and offerings.
  • Track and analyze sponsorship performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the sponsorship team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate sponsorships, partnership sales, or related roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or another related field required
  • Natural project manager, organized, detail-oriented and able to meet strict deadlines with third party agency partners
  • Timely, effective and professional communication. High level of communication, both verbal and written
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, strong flexibility to respond to changing priorities and needs
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop creative and innovative sponsorship solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
  • Strong network of contacts within the corporate sponsorship community.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
