IT Support Analyst (Onsite - Contract)

Location: Vergennes, VT

Duration: 4-month contract (16 weeks)

Schedule: Full-time, onsite

Overview

We are seeking two IT Support Analysts to provide hands-on, onsite End User Support for a 4-month engagement in Vergennes, VT. This role is ideal for customer-focused IT professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, supporting business users, and working directly with technology in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide general IT End User Support for onsite users

Support Microsoft 365 environment, including:


  • Office 365
  • Exchange Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • SharePoint Online (SPO)
  • OneDrive for Business (ODfB)


  • Assist with FortiClient VPN troubleshooting and connectivity issues
  • Support MFA authentication, including FortiToken
  • Handle common end-user requests and issues such as:
  • Password resets
  • Endpoint deployment and setup
  • Printing and peripheral support
  • Basic desktop and application troubleshooting



Required Skills & Experience


  • Prior experience in IT Help Desk or End User Support roles
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
  • Familiarity with VPN and MFA support (FortiClient/FortiToken experience is a plus)
  • Solid troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Ability to work onsite full-time for the duration of the contract
