Opportunity Overview: Contract Coordinator Senior Contract 6 Months Juno Beach, FL - 100% Onsite We offer no per diem or relocation assistance, so you should live within a drivable distance of Juno Beach, FL. Your Day-to-Day: With support, responsible for assisting in tasks related to activities involving negotiations, contract documents, and other legal/regulatory proceedings with regard to the wholesale power and natural gas business and related commercial transactions. Responsibilities: * Lead strategic contract planning, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide expert oversight into contract execution and amendments. * Act as a subject matter expert in contract risk assessment, financial obligations, and corporate contract governance. You provides leadership and oversight on maintenance execution, ensuring they meet safety, environmental, and quality standards at all levels. * Review contractual agreements or proposed amendments for conformity to company policies or recommendations. * Create contracts, amendments, and confirmations for trading partners. * Maintain accurate records, coordinate and track incoming and outgoing documents and maintain contract/counterparty database. * You may also assist with Proforma development (including assumption validation) and complete reporting. The job may include other tasks as assigned. * Works with a team of maintenance specialists, technicians, engineers, and contractors involved in power plant overhauls and maintenance. * You will apply thoughtfulness, discipline, and focus in following standardized procedures, while you apply a lean and quality improvement mindset to improve the process themselves. * You should have technical knowledge of power plant equipment and be accomplished in understanding and resolving technical issues, including unplanned scope. * You will work with other Specialists, Supervisors, and Contract Coordinators to develop and implement complex plans for execution of work scope Who You Are: * Designation as a Paralegal or other relevant college degree required. * 10+ years of experience in contract negotiation, legal compliance, and financial risk. * Other: Expert-level knowledge in contract law, compliance frameworks, and financial risk mitigation.
