They foster a dynamic environment where creativity, strategic thinking, and collaboration drive the development of next-generation products and services.

We are seeking an exceptional and seasoned UX/Experience Designer to join a forward-thinking advanced design team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in envisioning and defining the future of integrated physical and digital experiences. Your strategic insights and design expertise will directly influence groundbreaking product concepts, translating complex ideas into tangible, user-centric solutions that captivate and delight. This is an unparalleled opportunity to make a significant impact on innovative projects from their earliest stages, shaping the very foundation of future offerings.

As a senior practitioner, you will collaborate closely with internal design leads and industrial designers, providing flexible support on a rolling basis. You will be at the heart of developing compelling product proposals, translating strategic objectives and customer insights into detailed design solutions across both digital and physical touchpoints. This role demands a holistic approach, where you will not only create interactive prototypes but also lead evaluation activities and refine designs based on critical feedback, ensuring technical feasibility and optimal user outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the development of compelling product proposals by synthesizing quantitative data and qualitative insights to define core value propositions and initial design directions.

* Translate approved concepts into detailed digital (UX/UI) and physical (ID) design solutions, ensuring alignment with user needs and technical feasibility.

* Create interactive, low-to-medium fidelity prototypes (both digital and physical) to effectively communicate design intent, explore interactions, and facilitate early validation.

* Participate in or lead design evaluation activities, including co-creation sessions and design research, to gather feedback and iterate on proposed solutions.

* Contribute to the refinement of design proposals and assist in writing baseline Experience Requirements to clearly articulate desired user outcomes and functional needs.

* Work strategically based on customer insights and business objectives to identify and define compelling digital and service experience opportunities.

* Operate with a high degree of autonomy and strategic thinking on ambiguous, front-end "advanced design" problems.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Skills & Experience:**

* Proven experience as a UX/Experience Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing advanced design solutions.

* Expertise in user flows, information architecture, wireframing, and interaction design.

* Demonstrated ability to create interactive digital prototypes.

* Experience with PC-based design environments.

* Expert level proficiency in ProtoPie (MUST HAVE)

* Proficiency in advanced 3D visualization and rendering software.

* A deep understanding of or direct experience working within projects that involve the integration of physical product design with digital user experiences.

* Ability to think holistically across the physical and digital touchpoints of a product or service.

* Comfortable working on ambiguous, front-end "advanced design" problems with strategic thinking.

* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to integrate seamlessly into existing project management and communication workflows.

**Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:**

* Experience shaping holistic experiences that span physical and digital touchpoints, demonstrating a comprehensive approach to design.
