The Product Training & Quality Consultant will support initiatives that build and assess consistency, compliance, skill, and knowledge-building across product (Management and Operations) functions. This role will collaborate with other areas in Product and the organization to help design comprehensive training programs, documentation of processes and quality checks to ensure adherence to internal standards that ensure consistency between all Products. |
Roles & Responsibilities: |
- Support the development and maintenance of a structured training curriculum for Product Management and Product Operations, including onboarding, regulatory standards, and SOP adherence.
- Support in maintaining documentation for Product's Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and other similar, across-product processes.
- Identify, research and design improvement opportunities within Product (training, processes, templates, onboarding).
- Support in updating product knowledge repositories, templates, and job aids to support the development of product knowledge and expertise across the Product organization.
- Support in root cause analysis on quality issues and collaborate on corrective actions in partnership with relevant teams, enabling common standards, onboarding tools, and quality checks across various LOBs.
- Support and lead implementation of new product processes, training and tools.
- Provide support for Audits and Market Conduct exams with the ability to lead these initiatives in Product.
- Coordinate collaboration of different organizational groups for training, process improvements, audits and Market Conduct.
- Collaboration with the Product Enablement and Product Operations team for implementation of new product initiatives.

Required Technical Skills: |
- 4+ years of experience in insurance or product management roles, with demonstrated focus on training, compliance, or QA
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail-oriented and passionate about knowledge transfer
