Job Purpose

The UX Designer II plays a key role in creating intuitive, modern experiences that help customers transact, manage their business, and navigate TD SYNNEX digital platforms. This role blends strong visual design, UX best practices, business understanding, and collaborative problemsolving to deliver highimpact digital solutions. The designer works closely with frontend developers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.

Responsibilities
  • Design wireframes, user flows, and highfidelity mockups for new and existing interfaces (15%)
  • Participate in design critiques and apply feedback to strengthen solutions (15%)
  • Develop and maintain consistent design and interface style guides (5%)
  • Partner with UI Developers to build and maintain pattern libraries and reusable components (5%)
  • Create interactive prototypes using tools such as InVision or Figma (10%)
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure designs align with strategy, processes, and the TD SYNNEX voice (15%)
  • Lead user research activities and use data, usability feedback, and insights to validate and refine designs (15%)
  • Develop project plans, manage design activities, and collaborate with leadership on project status (20%)
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Maintain required attendance and punctuality standards
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Education & Background
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Degree in Human Factors, Web/Graphic Design, Interactive Design, or related field preferred

  • Up to 25% travel may be required
